As an alumnus of ASU, I am appalled that Chick-fil-A continues to serve fat-infused chicken sandwiches on campus. Now that the company's message of hate and bigotry is clear, it is time that ASU shows them the door.
As a public institution, ASU is supposed to teach good values that embrace all of those in our communities. They should lead the way in fairness and equality, not provide money to a company that clearly does not support all of its students. ASU has a responsibility to its students, present and former, and it's time that they be held up to that responsibility.
Please join me in asking ASU to show Chick-fil-A the door. We can do better than hate-filled chicken.
