Tempe Police reported the following incidents on Sunday:
A 29-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested Feb. 5 at the 900 block of East Apache Boulevard on suspicion of marijuana possession, according to the police report.
Officers contacted the man in response to a Taco Bell management call about a man bathing in the bathroom sink, police reported.
The man was contacted near the running sink with all his clothes on; however, he “may have been using the sink for more than just washing his hands,” according to the report.
Officers conducted a search of the man’s records and uncovered two outstanding warrants, police reported.
Officers conducted a search of his person and discovered a bag of marijuana, officers reported.
The man was transported to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked pending release, according to the police report.
A 29-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Feb. 6 at the 1300 block of North Miller Road on suspicion of possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia, according to the police report.
Police responded to a call about a suspicious person, police reported. When officers arrived on location, they observed the man and another man in the parking lot at the location, according to the police report.
Officers detained the man after they observed him “acting strangely” during police contact, police reported. Officers also found the man had “fresh blood on his left forearm,” according to the report.
When officers searched the vehicle which the man was contacted in, they found numerous syringes, spoons containing a burnt black residue, and a blue and yellow colored belt, according to the report.
