Today, Professor Susanne Neuer, 50, is an oceanographer at ASU. Now she’s focusing her research on climate change. Through funding from National Science Foundation (NSF) and the School of Life Sciences at ASU, Neuer hopes to gain an increased understanding of the role and fate of oceanic phytoplankton in a changing climate.
