Obama administration announces college affordability proposals

Parking meter modifications coming to downtown Phoenix

The Phoenix City Council approved a measure Wednesday evening to change downtown Phoenix meter enforcement to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as to upgrade the dated meter structures.
