A small bag of marijuana was found in the man’s pant’s pocket after a police search and he admitted it was his for personal use, police reported, according to a police report. The man was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of disorderly conduct, police reported. A 35-year-old Phoenix man was arrested in the early morning on May 25 on the 300 block of West Lakeview Drive after allegedly trespassing the light rail bridge, police reported. The man was reportedly first contacted by light rail security while still on the bridge, according to a police report. It was later found that he had a warrant for a probation violation and was transported to Tempe City Jail, police reported. A 21-year-old Tempe man was arrested on the night of May 23 after allegedly discharging a firearm recklessly while walking through an apartment complex on the 2000 block of South McClintock Drive, police reported. The man was wearing a belt holster and reportedly tried to remove the holster and the gun at the same time after it began to feel uncomfortable, according to a police report. He stated that the gun came out of the holster and a round was fired into the ground in front of his feet while approximately five residents were standing nearby, police report. The man said that he had only owned the gun for a month, didn’t know it was loaded and had never shot it before, according to a report. He was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of disorderly conduct and reckless discharge of a firearm, police reported. A 31-year-old Tempe woman was arrested in the early morning on May 22 for allegedly trespassing at an apartment complex on the 1200 block of East Vista Del Cerro Drive after she allegedly forced her way into one of the apartments, police reported. The woman would not answer when the resident asked who was at the door and it was too dark outside to see through the peephole, according to a police report, according to a police report. When the victim cracked open the door, the woman reportedly forced her way inside and began trashing the living room and attempted to remove her clothes, police reported. The resident had never seen the woman before and hid in the bathroom until police arrived at the scene. Police found the woman sleeping on the couch where she had also urinated, according to a report. She showed several signs of intoxication and was transported to Tempe City Jail, police reported.
