An unidentified man committed aggravated assault around 2 a.m. Friday by punching and elbowing a 21-year-old male student in the face in front of the Sigma Nu fraternity house, police reported.

A 27-year-old Phoenix man was arrested at 4:01 p.m. Thursday on the 2000 block of East Southern Avenue on suspicion of third-degree burglary, according a police report.
