ASU set to host BYU in second round of WNIT

The focus for Charli Turner Thorne and the Women's Basketball team has been chemistry. Mixing up the starters propelled them to victory in the first round; Turner Thorne hopes it will do the same against BYU.

Water polo drops pair of conference games

It was a tough weekend for the ASU water polo team, which suffered two losses against Mountain Pacific Sports Federation conference rivals San Jose State 8-7 on Saturday and Stanford 12-6 on Sunday.

The real killer, of course, was Kansas falling from its top spot in the tourney to ninth-seeded Northern Iowa in the second round.
